This course focuses on the management principles and practices that create successful healthcare organizations. Students will learn to navigate key management challenges, apply strategic analysis frameworks, manage healthcare workforce and IT systems, and optimize revenue cycles—all with an emphasis on ethical leadership, effective collaboration, and quality management.
This course equips students with the skills to manage and communicate healthcare data effectively. Students will learn to create dashboards, present patient-level data, use EHR systems, and interpret and apply healthcare data analytics in studies and decision-making. Practical applications include case studies and hands-on projects.
